Delicious!!!
Ok folks here are two yummy recipes that I tried out!! They are oober simple!!
Sour Cream Chicken
1 Cup (8oz) sour cream
2 Tbsp. minced chives
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. celery salt
2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 small garlic clove, minced
1-1/4 cups seasoned bread crumbs
1 chicken (2-3 pounds) cut up and skin removed
(Instead I just used chicken tenders)
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
In a shallow bowl combine the first 7 (seven) ingredients. Place bread crumbs in a separate shallow bowl. Coat chicken with sour cream mixture then coat with bread crumbs.
Arrange chicken on a foil-lined baking pan. Bake uncovered at 350* for 30 minutes.
After the 30 minutes drizzle the melted better over-top the chicken and back for 15-20 minutes longer or until the juice runs clear.

'Asian Star'
Kyley and I once again had a girls night out. We went shopping for Halloween costumes, went to a new restaurant, the Asian Star. Then we went back to her house and watched 'The Proposal'...one of my new FAV's!!
Asian Star is this yummy sushi bar/chinese place. Kyley had never had actual good sushi so of course I made her get some!! Sushi is sooo yummy! Everyone needs to try it!!! anyhoo...so we got 2 rolls of deliciousness and then got two dinner plates thinking that they wouldnt be too big but big enough to share. We were sooo wrong....they were HUGE!!! We had enough for like 6 people...not joking!!! It was all very resonably priced as well! It was such a good night! :)
See-look at HUGE that plate is...thats how both of our plates of food came out!!
